Most image data in the collection is freely available, however some of the MRI and histology images in this collections were produced by international collaborators. The access will need to be assessed on a case by case basis. Contact the Collection manager to discuss.

Full description

A collection of mouse, rat, human and primate Brain Atlases.

Each atlas contains a set of ~200-300 image files (tiffs mostly) per brain.

Each image is approximately 200MB-1.5GB in size.

Software used for analysis of data include: Photoshop, Illustrator.

Data formats include: tiff, pdf, ai, psd

Data time period: 1986 to 10 07 2015
